tire satisfaction I had some new tires installed, but when I came home I discovered a slight bulge in the sidewall of a front tire. They de-mounted the tire to check for internal damage but found none.He spoke with the tire distributor who assured him that the tire was fine. But Lou wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and agreed to get me a new tire at no charge. He went "the extra mile" to make sure I was completely satisfied.
