Courteous and friendly customer service. I enjoy servicing my vehicle at Gervais Ford because of their attentive staff. They take the time to thoroughly explain the service that is being performed on your vehicle. They only one issue I have is with Quick Lane. I realize it can be very busy at times, however it is frustrating when an oil change can take up to 2 hrs wait time. Not sure if this is an issue with the dealership itself, or the Ford Quick Lane program. I don t expect to be in and out in record time, I just feel a couple of hrs or so is way too long for basic service work. Other than that, it is always a great experience. More
Careless work that took too long Took longer than it ever has to get an oil change. Once I finally got back in my car and turned it on, my check engine light was on. Had other things to get done so went to leave anyways, until I was pulling out and the car was vibrating and brakes were not working properly that I almost was in an accident. Turned around to go back, turns out the tech left something loose or unplugged, which "happens every time" I was told. Thank gosh I wasn't in an accident! I would have definitely taken it to court. Also, asked for my tires to be filled and that was not done, but yet they were rotated. More

I purchased a used - but steill under warranty - Ford from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions.
