The only issue I had was that they told me I had to pay for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked who my salesperson was so I described him, he is the one who told me 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 service to my car was included at no fee to me. It was resolved but I had to sit on hold for quite a while and then was told someone would get back to me and they did about a half hour later. More

I made an 11:30 appt and was told my car would be ready in an hour or an hour and a half. I called to check on my car at 3 and was told they were just starting and it could be another hour or so.
