Staff was not very friendly. There were bugs all Over the floor in the sitting area. The sitting area was uncomfortable. The area were snacks were provided was filthy. I was quoted a price that didn’t make sense, lots of charges on the breakdown sheet were added more than once. I got the work done at a different VW for $1200 less than the Gervais quote. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Was disappointed with the final sale/pickup of the vehicle. Granted I only bought a used vehicle but they wanted another $300+ for a second key after I paid sticker price and didn’t haggle with my tra vehicle.
