This Acura dealership was get to work with. Financing was really a breeze. The one and only item I could’ve been more happy with, was the explanation of all the interior buttons, lighting, speedometer, etc. We went over things very briefly, and I would’ve liked it to be a lot more in depth. Since this car was not the same brand as the dealership, I think the sales person was not quite as familiar with this car. More

Service department did not handle problem car was brought in for. Key fob was malfunctioning sporadically, wouldn’t open the door. Acura’s solution, carry both keys or unlock it manually. Glad I paid for the key replacement program. I guess I’ll have to lose the key to get any help. Poor service!! More

I went to this dealership to test drive a 2016 Acura RLX was just traded in. I drove almost 1.5 hour and Austin -sales kid was very unpatient and wanted to rush the whole buying process. We did negotiate prices on this 2016 RLX and my 2018 RLX trade in but i still shouldn't feel like I was rushed the whole time.I asked him specifically if my credit will be ran 1 time only ( i have perfect credit ) and he said just 1 time only and of course comes to find out it was a lie because they ran my credit 3 times. I met someguy who I guess was the " sales manager" but he never introduced himself. Jamie the finance guy was good and he followed up and called me back as he promised. I couldnt drive my car home because I had to wait almost 1 week to get my " new " 2016 RLX certified when Austin promised me it will take only a few days,he lied again and barely wanted to call me back because he was always " busy" with other customers he said.I was very frustrated because I couldn't reach him and I called him so many times. After I finally got my car ,which was delivered to my house ( that was the only positive in this car purchase) I had to take it to the local Acura Dealership because this " certified pre-owned " Acura Rlx was making some loud & sqeeky noises.First the local dealership couldnt find my car in their system, they had to wait a few days,after their mechanics found over $5000 worth of parts needed to be replaced to get my " certified pre-owned " 2016 RLX back in the shape it should have been already. They even had to Acura warranty people come out to see my car and see if they would cover it under the ' certified warranty " and thank god they did covered all the repairs and replacement. They didnt even sent me the registration and when I asked for it they misspelled the address. Horrible!!!!! It is just ridiculous and pissing me off what kind of xxx dealership it is who sells a " certified pre-owned " car and that car after driven off the lot, right away has over $5000 worth of stuff needs to be fixed!!!!!!!!!!! This is a Horrible dealership!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculously bad & Lier sales kid Austin!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this dealership!!! Absolutely worst car buying experience ever.!!!!! Avoid this dealership!!!! Go any other dealership,just not here!!! I wish I can hive them 0 stars or even negative stars !!!!!! Absolutely Horrible!!!! More
Overall it was a great experience. Eric was busy with another customer when we arrived but several of the other sales employees jumped in to help out. All were very helpful and friendly.
