When comming in for service I was assigned a service writer and the one I was assigned had another customer and the other 5 writers were not with a customer and I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Brought SUV in for oil change, sensors in two tires, and Siri keeps coming on at intervals. Was told my vehicle was ready. Got into vehicle, started it and sensors lights came on. Went back in and Kyle came Siri keeps coming on at intervals. Was told my vehicle was ready. Got into vehicle, started it and sensors lights came on. Went back in and Kyle came out and took it back to service center only to discover they hadn’t even done the oil change. Someone dropped the ball somewhere along the line. Wasn’t too happy to spend another hour there. More
