We bought a Chevy Silverado recently at Gettel Chevrolet Buick GMC and everyone there treated us great and with respect. Our salesman Logan was awesome, and so was Mike the finance guy, Bobby the manager a Buick GMC and everyone there treated us great and with respect. Service Department is very good. Had great experiences with Andrew Horvath and Kyle Denison. Sales Department was the worst, Never would I consider buying a vehicle from Gettle. Waited 20 min to talk to svc writer about my appointment. My writer was away from desk. When Kristi another writer opened up I went to her desk only to be rudely told to go wAit at Christian desk. I asked wh My writer was away from desk. When Kristi another writer opened up I went to her desk only to be rudely told to go wAit at Christian desk. I asked where he was got he’ll be here soon. Waited longer before a 3rd writer checked on me. I have pain and mobility issues so standing and waiting when Kristi could have taken care of me let me know about Gettel’s feelings about customer value. And the attitude I received after patiently waiting for someone to be open to help me didn’t help me in the least. More
