Two plus hours for a oil change is way too long for me. Every one was nice enough, but as I was pulling away, I noticed a oil spot on my leather seat. Sorry to say they mis diagnosed my cars problem. Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong. Well at first I thought that maybe you guys may have overbooked appointments. My appointment was at 8:00 and it was just so many people there. It could have been walking, or over booking.
