Walking into Gettel for the first time because another Chevy dealer couldn't resolve my problem I felt welcomed and comfortable not just another guy that had problems with his car they had to deal with. I planned on waiting for my vehicle but Cody told me it was going to be 4 or 5 hours and arranged for Uber to take me home that Gettel paid for. He kept me up to date by phone and text as to the progress even giving me a video from the service tech of what they actually did to resolve the problem with my car. I will drive the extra miles to have them service my vehicle and will also purchase my next vehicle through them.
