Stopped in this afternoon to see about a very minor problem with my 2019 Encore GX. Both Brian from sales and Drew from service not only took the time to help - and fix the problem - but they hung in t problem with my 2019 Encore GX. Both Brian from sales and Drew from service not only took the time to help - and fix the problem - but they hung in there and refused to give up until my problem was solved. Took my Silverado in for a service recall. We moved here from Indiana 2 years ago and I had purchased 11 new vehicles from the same Chevrolet dealer there. It was nice to see the same friendly customer service here at Gettle. Kyle made the experience here A+. He is even had the technician top off the fluids and aired up the tires. This young man deserves a pat on the back. I will definitely make Gettle Chevrolet my go to for service and my next vehicle. More
