Brandon did a great job in finding us a car that was slightly larger with all the bells and whistles. He knew everything about the car itself. Took us on a test drive that led us to buy the car. I was assigned a Service Rep but had to wait for him while five other Reps had no one. I was told to arrive by 7:30AM. I was there at 7:15, first vehicle in line but four customers arriving after me w while five other Reps had no one. I was told to arrive by 7:30AM. I was there at 7:15, first vehicle in line but four customers arriving after me were served first because no Service Advisors came out to check anyone in. Other customers behind me stood at the door like Black Friday and were served before me. I don't necessarily fault my adviser Cody because I may not understand your 'check in' process but I believe in first come, first served. More
