My only complaint I wasn't given the payment amount and interest rate until late in the deal. I would like the window sticker. Nobody showed us how to use vehicle. Do not agree with the $178 charge to have a technician confirm the problem which was already identified by the car system itself. I think that charge is a rip off. I took my truck to Dixie Buick and they have figured out what is wrong, ordered parts, and I will come back to them when parts arrive. I also used your collision shop for repairs that took 31 days to repair. The work is lees than marginal. Primer overspray on 16” of the rocker panel. Extremely disappointed. More

Salesman Keith was a pleasure to work with. I was a bit disappointed in the “thorough” inspection that every used car gets and is charged $1495 to the buyer. Keith stayed on top of the service department and worked with his superiors to find an acceptable solution. While it took a little longer to make happen as I was without a vehicle for 4 days Keith kept on and got me into something else as fast as he could. So I’m not super impressed with the service department but I am super impressed with the great salesman I had. Thank you Keith! More
