Mark Gordon did a great job in handling the upgrade of our 2018 Buick Lacrosse to a 2019 Buick Encore. Since moving to Florida from California, we needed and wanted a smaller car as we were not driving th our 2018 Buick Lacrosse to a 2019 Buick Encore.
