The service department screwed everything up from charging for what was actually warranty bulletin to breaking a hose and i had d.e.f. leaking everywhere from Florida to Michigan but the service man charging for what was actually warranty bulletin to breaking a hose and i had d.e.f. leaking everywhere from Florida to Michigan but the service manager Christopher did a great job at resolving the issue. Your service department messed up on 3 different occasions in the past 5 years. The body shop was also terrible. You need more people like Christopher who cares about the customer and return business. More
Will has no concept of product knowledge. He promised me the updated interior and swore that was in the 22 custom package. I said i didnt think so but he doubled down on it. Second, the finance team ran the incorrect address resulting in an 11% rate. I walked. They fixed the address and my rate went down to 4%. Very very big issue here, for obvious reasons. Third, come to pick up the brand new truck, there is a scracth near the handle. Will assures me that his guy can get it taken care of as time was of the essence as I was moving across the country. I told him that i have a very good eye and it would need to be fixed properly. After one day of having the truck, they slapped clear coat on with a paint match. It was awful and unacceptable. Then Vunny attempts to save the day, only to attmept to not try to pay for a damage that was there when the truck arrived. Everytime i tried to call everyone out on what an awful job they were doing, i was met with unprofessionalism and an unwillingness to admit any wrong doing. If i wasnt moving and my old trucks part wasnt on back order, IWOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED FROM THIS CREW OF HUMANS. Awful experience and I have told e eryone that is looking for a new truck to go somehwere else due to Will & Vinny specifically. No idea how to handle adversity and extremely unprofessional. Getting what i was owed was like pulling teeth and the entire team forgot that i was purchasing a 60k vehicle from them. They acted as if they were doing me a favor and it was the worst purchase experience i have personally had. More

I drove in to Gettel GMC to have a rear wiper blade replaced on my Acadia. I did not have an appointment and asked if they would be able to help me with this. They said they could and suggested that replaced on my Acadia. I did not have an appointment and asked if they would be able to help me with this. They said they could and suggested that I also replace the windshield wiper blades since they probably have worn the same as the rear one. I agreed and they took my vehicle right in. My vehicle was finished in about an hour. The service people were very courteous and very accommodating. I could not believe the quick turnaround and fair pricing. Thank you Gettel. More
