I wanted his supervisors to know what a gem he is. I came in looking for a new Equinox Premier which you had in stock. While taking the test drive, Justin pointed out the Buick Envision and began to tell me all about it. Although I was sold on the Equinox, Justin managed to sway me into the Buick which was a little more than I wanted to spend. Justin was completely familiar with all the vehicles he was selling, which was impressive. He was very polite, used appropriate humor and made the stressful process of buying a car very pleasant. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Brandon Saucier as well. Brandon showed a sincere interest in getting our monthly payment in a comfortable range. He also was very friendly and helpful and knows his job well. Once the vehicle was approved we went to sign paperwork. We met with Mitchell Sprague, Business Manager who proceeded to get us approved for your current 3.9 % interest rate special due to our good credit. Mitchell was a breath of fresh air at the end of our purchase journey. He was not only good at his job but very friendly and professional. I realize this is not headline news, but to this senior citizen it meant a lot to have employees such as your making it easy to purchase a new vehicle without feeling taken advantage of as some places may do. We had our Highlander serviced at the collision center from hurricane damage and the office lost our original paprwork so we had to reschedule.
