Gettel Chevrolet Buick GMC

This dealership is one of the worst in south florida. I ordered a vehicle from them, gave them a deposit and on delivery day, they tell me my payments are going to be $220/more a month because the manage I ordered a vehicle from them, gave them a deposit and on delivery day, they tell me my payments are going to be $220/more a month because the manager wants to charge an extra point on the interest rate. Not because of my credit, simply because he wants too. I am still waiting on my deposit as well. No answer or any communication from any of the managers after calling several times. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership and using a car broker instead. This dealership is a complete joke. Taking advantage of people like that is unacceptable. I will be filing my complaint with the State attorney general office as well as Chevrolet Corporate. They had our car for 4. 5 months with absolutely no communication from them or any reply to 4 voicemails or 4 emails to the shop manager asking for any update. When I bough 5 months with absolutely no communication from them or any reply to 4 voicemails or 4 emails to the shop manager asking for any update. When I bought the car in I was told that if our insurance company rental was longer than our coverage allowed they would do something towards our deductible. Even though we paid an additional $500 plus I had to pay the deductible before they would give me the car. So, wouldn’t recommend Gettel Auto Body to anyone based on our experience. More
