I understand that there are many backlogs due to hurricane IAN. If you can answer below questions, we can connect for further discussion. 1. If you are having so much backlog, why did the collision center accept new jobs? 2. Why did you give commitment when you know that you will not be able to complete the job in that time period? 3. Have you ever thought about the customer perspective when you provide any commitment? 4. In my case, I was given a commitment that the job will be completed in 2-3 weeks. But, It's almost 2 months, I am yet to receive an update from the service center. When I tried to reach the collision center, the call was never answered. How do you communicate to your customer when you want an extension of timeline? Do you ever get a consent from customer for the delay?

Thanks for your concern. I have provided the details to your mail ID cgeorge@gettel.com. I wonder if you can get any updates. Is this the way customers need to reach the collision center every time when there is an issue? Really not a great thing to do for a reputed dealer.
