Seemed great during the sale although we were there for 4 hours. Got sold the auto butler package and was unaware that our local Chevy dealership did not you there service. The first time up they kept our tr hours. Got sold the auto butler package and was unaware that our local Chevy dealership did not you there service. The first time up they kept our truck overnight,the second time we still waiting over 6 hours for the service and this being the third time we weretold it was done after only 2.5 /3 hours...Hmm?? So we come back to pick up our truck and guess what??? They took us out to a vehicle that wasn't ours and when questioned Kyle he displayed a xxxxty attitude and in response I displayed my xxxxty attitude!!! So now we are dealing with a very nice woman in service department who agreed 💯 percent that the truck looked like crap coming back from the auto butler detail. So I went over to the sales department and realized that I can't get a refund for the auto butler because it is in the loan, I understand but it doesn't excuse receiving a crappy job and a xxxx attitude from Kyle.
