The service department screwed everything up from charging for what was actually warranty bulletin to breaking a hose and i had d.e.f. leaking everywhere from Florida to Michigan but the service man charging for what was actually warranty bulletin to breaking a hose and i had d.e.f. leaking everywhere from Florida to Michigan but the service manager Christopher did a great job at resolving the issue. Your service department messed up on 3 different occasions in the past 5 years. The body shop was also terrible.
