I have bought two new cars from this dealership but do to my last lease ending I had to get a new one Chevrolet from a different dealer now a full time resident of Florida and a first responder I was returni my last lease ending I had to get a new one Chevrolet from a different dealer now a full time resident of Florida and a first responder I was returning from the fire station and was hit by another driver causing extensive damage to my new traverse so I had it towed to this dealership for repairs it has been seven weeks and it is still not completed am very disappointed with having to pay for a rental car as it’s been over a month. Not pleased with the body shop at all. More

Took my car there late December, little communication about, had to call them more than once, to find out what was happening. Had a spot fixed on my own for 800 and some dollars, money I threw away!!!!!! about, had to call them more than once, to find out what was happening. Had a spot fixed on my own for 800 and some dollars, money I threw away!!!!!! Got my car back for about 10 days but wasn’t finished, took it back to finish and on April 12th was deemed a total loss. Over 3 months without a car, and out over $800 because they said it would be fixed!!, maybe the total loss should have been detected in December!! More
