This dealership has no organization at all. Service is slow, collision repairs are impossible to get done we gave up on that and went to another repair shop not affiliated with Chevy. Considering the circumstances my car was in accident and they did a half xxx job and missed several spots. Then had them correct it only to find out a month or two later they installed fender wrong using ta they did a half xxx job and missed several spots. Being single and not having much knowledge of car maintenance, I depended upon family members and friends to advise me and they ALL told me the work wasn't necessary. I'm always hearing stories about people, especially women, being taken advantage of by feeling pressured to agree to more services creating more expenses, most of which would not be covered by warranties. I wouldn't like to think Gettel Chevrolet would be encouraging their employees to find more services to provide for customers based on opportunities to bring in more revenue for the dealership. More
