Had the butler service done. Wasn’t pleased with the job they did as there was still dirt in and around the trim. Cody chose to take care of written work tickets rather than the customer that had an appointment in front of him. He was difficult to locate when you asked for him on the phone and we left messages. We called back and demanded to know if the vehicle was done or an estimate of when it was going to be done 5 hours after the service appointment. Rewind to the week before, the service station had my car for over 5 hours before they knew they needed parts for something very simple. This is now the follow up appointment for when the parts came in. When they repaired the sunroof, there were greasy hand prints from the technician all over the interior roof of the vehicle. The salesman that gave me an estimate to buy my vehicle was not helpful either. I should have directly dealt with the manager since he kept moving back in forth between his cubical and the office. Definitely take your car somewhere else besides Gettel. More
