Doc fees are excessive, the salesman was great however because of the fees I will likely never buy another car or recommend anyone to attempt to walk on any lot with your name attached. We came to a deal because of the fees I will likely never buy another car or recommend anyone to attempt to walk on any lot with your name attached. We came to a deal on a used car that was ok not necisarily fair, but close enough, but it took several days. I have purchased 9 cars in the last 8 years, and unfortunately the impression I got was that the dealership was more interested in taking advantage of the buyer than working a fair deal in an honest fashion. Integrity matters, honesty and fair bargening matters, a person spending thousands of dollars should walk away feeling as though everyone's best interest is protected, I did not get that impression what so ever, I walked away feeling as though the dealership cares more about themselves than generating repeat customers. In my opinion that is a poor buissiness model. I feel bad for anyone who walks in this place and doesn't have the experience to negotiate a fair deal, because they will be taken advantage of. My faith in Hyundai was horrible after purchasing my first one in Pensacola, FL. However, since relocating to Bradenton, my faith has been restored. The ability to walk into the GM’s office to discuss t first one in Pensacola, FL. However, since relocating to Bradenton, my faith has been restored. The ability to walk into the GM’s office to discuss the horrible problems I’d been having with my car, after having for only 5 months, spoke volumes. He welcomed me, listened, and understood when I explained how I did not feel safe in this car. Immediately, I was introduced to an equally professional salesman. He spent the extra time with me to help me feel good about Hyundai, and after a day spent with this team, I’m a huge fan of Lakewood Hyundai!!! More

Sam was super easy to work with. Test drove the car. Liked it. Said I’d buy it. They worked through some challenges as I was an out of state buyer & they did not want a check from Test drove the car.
