Gettel Genesis has some of the best sales associates that I have encountered. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership since we live in Bloomington, Illinois. We advised him that we were not going to buy a vehicle here. What we said made no difference to him. He was just wanting to make us more knowledgeable about the Genesis brand. Lucio went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the dealership, the brand and him. Needless to say, we did purchase a GH70 and are having it shipped to our home.
