Nice people in Service. But, part of the service on my Genesis includes car wash. Didn’t get that. They did rotate my tires ; but my front tires take less air than my rear But, part of the service on my Genesis includes car wash. Didn’t get that. The BEST experience I ever had taking my Genesis to a dealer for service. Charley, the service manager was exceptionally understanding of the problem. I was provided a loaner car and the car was ready as dealer for service. Charley, the service manager was exceptionally understanding of the problem. I was provided a loaner car and the car was ready as promised with an in between update when work on the car started. I wish I could transport Gettel Hyundai to Miami.
