I was told the requested service would take one to one and a half hours. It took nearly three hours, and it was about two and a half hours before I heard from the rep. Asked to wait when I had an appointment, no explanation other than questions needed to be asked. Waiting room smelled. 10am appointment for oil change/tire rotation and vehicle wasnt ready four hours later other than questions needed to be asked.
