Greg Lapina was absolutely aces in helping me with my lease buyout. When I showed interest in making this deal and beginning negotiations, I was immediately approached with our internet price is a mistake. That’s a poor negotiation tactic and unethical in my view. That’s not my fault, KIA messed up and that should not have even been included in my deal! I do not even know why I allowed them to add the extra money to the internet price, that is a KIA mistake and terrible customer service when starting negotiations, After the deal is made and I signed all paperwork for my purchase, I was approached with my one key fob that had a dead battery as I was leaving. I found out the battery was dead when my car I just bought off the lot locks my keys in because it doesn’t recognize the dead key fob!!!! Imagine how that was for me!!! (Glen did replace it on my request, after returning two weeks for my IOU. Knowing there was only one key fob, I would have requested a second one in the deal! Terrible on Kia’s part.This is my 5th car I have purchased from a major dealership, key fobs were always brought out during the process, not when I’m walking out the door after my purchase then approached with my one dead key fob!! I am lost for word on this part! Continuing on, when inspecting my car during negotiations I requested DAMAGES be repaired on front left bumper! I assumed all repairs would be completed as requested for sale to happen! Lacking poor details in paper work, my IOU only stated repairing the scratches and paint as, Glen, my sales man left out key details or just assumed there was not a dent! That is a clear sign of not listening to the customer when I specifically said, “Damages” When picking up my truck, the repair was only half way completed. Yes,the paint and scratches were fixed but, I still have dents in my 34k car I just purchased from KIA. Totally unacceptable that I have to check his details after I requested the repair! I do not need any favors from yall, but this is my review and I will not refer or return for anything from KIA as this has been the worse deal I have made, lacking communication, details and customer service!! Blame me for not TRIPLE checking but I thought I could trust KIA to listen and give me what I requested in your part of the deal! You got two stars only because I like KIA vehicles, not your service! Thank you! More

Now I know why there are so many Kia’s on the road! Great dealership to work with, everyone very courteous and knowledgeable, and Yvonne outstanding. She took the time to explain the different Kia mak Great dealership to work with, everyone very courteous and knowledgeable, and Yvonne outstanding. She took the time to explain the different Kia makes and models as well as how this non-techie can operate the telluride with ease. She always makes herself available,no matter how busy. Thank you to Kia Bradenton and Yvonne for making my car purchase so smooth and pleasant!!! Highly recommend!!!!! More
