Am disappointed that when I went to pay for oil change and tire rotation, that if I used my credit card I would be charged a 3% fee. Come on now. You got 93.00 from me. Isn’t the dealership making enough now to charge a cc fee. I could have went to Tires Plus for less and no service fee. We’ve also complained about a noise twice, coming from the bumper area and the previous service person couldn’t figure what it was but when we talked with Russel he told us it was the muffler that Kia installs on the Seltos. I guess from our discussion with him we are not the only one having this problem. Cheap part I guess, because our previous Sportage and Sorento didn’t have this issue. More
