Nigel was very professional. He called and emailed me the day before to answer any questions I might had. The vehicle we initially came in for was sold, but we end up coming back He called and emailed me the day before to answer any questions I might had. The vehicle we initially came in for was sold, but we end up coming back and buying another vehicle. Nigel took his time to make sure we provided us with what we asked for or at least tried. This is my second time buying from this dealership, I like that they have never tried to sell me a vehicle I didn't come in for. I will definitely continue to buy from this dealership. More

Sold me a "Certified" pre-owned that still needed a part (wasn't in yet) to complete the certification and now no one will return my calls to get the part put in. Wondering what I did to be ignored. Not a call, not an email. Nothing. Weird, since I told them I was okay waiting until the car was ready. Eager to sell a car that wasn't ready, then don't care once the deal is done.
