I was taken care of as soon as I pulled my car up to the service area. I was greeted and escorted to Matt's area who then checked me in and showed me to the customer waiting area which is not only comfortab service area. I was greeted and escorted to Matt's area who then checked me in and showed me to the customer waiting area which is not only comfortable but has coffee, snacks, etc. which Matt pointed out to me. Matt kept me informed periodically on the status of my service and came to the waiting area to get me when my car was ready. Not only had it been serviced but it had been washed and vacuumed. And all this within the time frame that Matt gave me when I first arrived. Great customer service by Matt and your service team. More

Russell is great. He is professional and courteous. He is the main reason I use Gettel. My problem was my part wasn't in and I waited 3 or 4 weeks for the appointment He is professional and courteous. He is the main reason I use Gettel. My problem was my part wasn't in and I waited 3 or 4 weeks for the appointment. And.. .my UVO radio Microsoft media was frozen after my first visit. Still frozen.
