Steve in service & Jexson in sales are really a pleasure to work with. My issue was - I had the battery light come on & the engine light, so I went to the dealer, I did not have an appointment, but was hop to work with. My issue was - I had the battery light come on & the engine light, so I went to the dealer, I did not have an appointment, but was hoping they could see if I just needed a battery or something more. This was about 3 weeks ago & at that time, Steve told me he had a huge backup and it would be about 3 weeks before I could get service. That was obviously unacceptable - I ended up calling AAA - they came out, installed a new battery the same day. Since then - my engine light is STILL on. I stopped one time and there again was a long wait. I have been ill so have not gone back since Easter. I will call in the next couple of days to get it looked at. So, the wait time is really unacceptably and I would like my maintenance & service to be at Gettel, seems the demand is obviously out distancing the availability. Maybe year round residents could somehow, get some priority! Berneice More

I felt that there was a lack of communication. Daniel never once called to give the status of the vehicle. I had to call. I simple phone call or text or email ( which is all on the paper work) to Daniel never once called to give the status of the vehicle. I had to call. I simple phone call or text or email ( which is all on the paper work) to give and update would of been appreciated. I had to call several times. I brought the vehicle in on Mar 7 and it was not completed until March 18. It was not until 3/14 when I called and was told of an issue in the Lackland where the parts are from. I also know there is another one Jacksonville that mostly would of provided the part. Also they did not close the hood of the vehicle properly when they completed the work, so I drove it home with it partial latch. Shotty job on the the service department. So at it is mostly I will never return to have any work done on my vehicle. More
