Tony was excellent in preparing for this visit. It was a warranty service and parts needed to be ordered. He informed me when they had arrived and scheduled my appointment to acomodate my schedule. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since i bought my first one in 1986. I currently have 5 on the road now. Typically i have service performed at the dealership where vehicle was purchased. This is the first one purchased at Stadium. Throughout the years a few of the service departments disappointed me. I look forward to establishing a new relationship here. I was in a couple of times with warranty issues. Tony took 150% of taking care of my concerns. I trust him! Not many others i can say the same for. He convinced me that this service department cares. I look forward to Stadium taking care of my service needs. I would rate Tony 6 stars. More
