Went in for oil change. Was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I assumed this was a service that came with the oil change. I suspected them of doing this previously but was unable to confirm at that time. Now I have to inconvenience myself, disrupt my schedule, and go back up there for a service that should have already been completed! More
The service was good but with the high cost of everything with the pandemic, I feel the prices for any work to be done is too high and I cannot afford that.
