Perhaps need to offer a complimentary vacuum of car inside too ?! Or annually , Espec. if longtime customer . Plus owner of a Toyota car . Thank you for considering this idea. I believe this would add to your customer service. I also , think the guy outside that inspects car / 1 st needed to be friendlier . Don’t even recall his name nor did he introduce himself .

I had to take a vehicle back after it had been serviced to make a repair. Appears that a defective part failed and so the vehicle had to be serviced and repaired again. Then, I took it back one more time More
