The time it took to do all the work mwas over 5 hours Friendly staff and nice waiting room. I think the amount of time to do the 5,000 mile check and then the car butler service followed. I asked them to check the left from strut as my car felt like it was bottom,ing out when I went over small bum[s. They found it was defective but didn't have the part in stock to correct the problem. Tkhats why I thkought the five hours was excessive. More

Excellent service "AS USUAL" Your Service Agent "MARCI" was excellent as usual. I arrived at Deluca at 2 PM for my appointment, Marci explained the required service and I was of Your Service Agent "MARCI" was excellent as usual. I played a few games of solitare on my tablet and was informed my car was ready!!!! It had been only about an hour !!! Oil change, tire rotation and (very appreciated) a complimentary car wash, It doesn't get any better than this. A pleasant experience! I took my 2015 Rav4 in for service, and had no intention of leasing a new one as the lease had a year to go.. Started chatting with Ralph Fevrier. Started chatting with Ralph Fevrier. and the next thing I was driving a new Rav4 with the features I was most interested. We sat down and starting the money factor which involved Steve and a deal was made. They really went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. I then was introduced to Mr DeLuca. Nice touch. I have been driving a Toyota for 25 years at least and the quality of the vehicle improves every time I get a new one and the dealerships I've dealt with, here for 14 years, and previously in Michigan all have quality employees. I need a dependable car and Toyota hasn't let me down. More
