Very disappointing experience. Yesterday we confirmed a vehicle was available and called again this morning to arrange a time to see it. We spoke with Anahi and were told the car would be ready when we arrived around noon today for the test drive. We drove two hours to the dealership with a significant cash down payment and financing already approved through Navy Federal because we were prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. When we arrived, we were handed off to another salesperson and waited quite a while before being told the car actually had a bad transmission and was unavailable. Apparently they had discovered this earlier that morning. A quick phone call while we were driving would have saved us a four-hour round trip. To make matters worse, when we decided to leave, the interaction with another salesperson became very unpleasant. As we were leaving with our young daughter, one of the staff members told us to “take our brat with us.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was also surprised that when we arrived, the staff greeted and shook my husband’s hand while ignoring me — even though I was the one purchasing the vehicle. We came ready to buy a car and instead left feeling disrespected after wasting half our day driving there and back. We came ready to purchase with financing through Navy Federal, so this experience was especially disappointing. I recently dealt with Evan Warner to resolve an unusual and perplexing problem with my Toyota Sienna seat. We texted them when we left for the dealer and texted them when we were 20 minutes from the dealer. There was no consideration for our time or the drive we made. Sales manager was super condescending, stating at one point that they had sold 41 cars today. Honestly, I don’t care if you sold 1 or 50, my time is more important. I would never recommend or refer someone to this dealership. We went in on June 3, 2025 and put a $500 deposit down on a Toyota Corolla Cross. We were told by Avery the car would be on Friday or Saturday. We went back on Saturday because the salesman does not call customers back. It was not in. I emailed salesman Joe on Monday and was told by email back the car would be in on Tuesday. I emailed him Tuesday with no reply other "it will be in later and he would contact us when it got in". At 4:32 PM I called and left a message the deal was done and that we would be back the next day for our deposit back. At 4:54 PM Joe EMAILED to congratulate us on our next car. So he does not listen to voice mail or call customers back. We went back the next day and Joe was off. Mind you this was his second day off since we were dealing with him. We spoke to Avery the manager and as cocky as can be he made us go to our bank to get a copy the check was cashed. We went to the bank, got the copy of the check that showed "for deposit only" and he told us that was not enough proof. 17 day later and after multiple calls we got our money back. This is the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate car dealership I have ever death with. More

Finally 1st week of June we were told car was ready only to arrive & find it was missing parts. They had no idea what happened to them so they had to order replacement parts. Then a few days later the parts arrived then they said they ran out of bolts! Had to order them! Today June 11th, Eric said it was “triple checked”. Within a few minutes I find a significant flaw in the paint. We had just returned our rental we have had since April so we decided to drive it home to check it out. We have to take the car back again next week, get another rental & wait for God knows how long. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! More
