I would never recommend or refer someone to this dealership. We went in on June 3, 2025 and put a $500 deposit down on a Toyota Corolla Cross. We were told by Avery the car would be on Friday or S dealership. We went in on June 3, 2025 and put a $500 deposit down on a Toyota Corolla Cross. We were told by Avery the car would be on Friday or Saturday. We went back on Saturday because the salesman does not call customers back. It was not in. I emailed salesman Joe on Monday and was told by email back the car would be in on Tuesday. I emailed him Tuesday with no reply other "it will be in later and he would contact us when it got in". At 4:32 PM I called and left a message the deal was done and that we would be back the next day for our deposit back. At 4:54 PM Joe EMAILED to congratulate us on our next car. So he does not listen to voice mail or call customers back. We went back the next day and Joe was off. Mind you this was his second day off since we were dealing with him. We spoke to Avery the manager and as cocky as can be he made us go to our bank to get a copy the check was cashed. We went to the bank, got the copy of the check that showed "for deposit only" and he told us that was not enough proof. 17 day later and after multiple calls we got our money back. This is the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate car dealership I have ever death with. More
This review is for the Body shop. Horrible service. I wish I could leave a zero star. My car has been in this shop since the 1st week of April for repainting & replacement of side mirror due to accident. Was told should be done in 3weeks. One excuse after another. Finally 1st week of June we were told car was ready only to arrive & find it was missing parts. They had no idea what happened to them so they had to order replacement parts. Then a few days later the parts arrived then they said they ran out of bolts! Had to order them! Today June 11th, Eric said it was “triple checked”. Within a few minutes I find a significant flaw in the paint. We had just returned our rental we have had since April so we decided to drive it home to check it out. We have to take the car back again next week, get another rental & wait for God knows how long. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! More

She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I explained that I didn’t understand some things relating to the screen with the maps, contacts etc. She immediately had Kiko Mayes come and help me. He was very polite, positive and cheerful. He took time to explain things to me. Thiugh all the staff that I had contact with were good these two, Monica and Kiko were outstanding More

I purchased a car in Sept of 2024 with Gettel. I did not receive copies of my paperwork after the purchase. I tried 3 times to get the finance office to send me electronic copies but had no luck. I did not receive copies of my paperwork after the purchase. I tried 3 times to get the finance office to send me electronic copies but had no luck. Then during tax season (April 2025), I reached out with 5 voice mails and two emails (one to the finance manger and one to the general manager). I never got a single response. This is such BAD business to not respond to my inquiries. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. More
