The salesman never gave us a price on the car until we test drove and sat down. Then, their number was thousands over the internet listed price. Then, they lowballed the trade in by 4 thousand dollars com test drove and sat down. Then, their number was thousands over the internet listed price. Then, they lowballed the trade in by 4 thousand dollars compared to another dealer. Then, they sold us a car that was roach infested! We had to take it back the very next day, and another salesman said no returns! Haha, by law, you have 3 days to return a car! We returned it. Will never go back Gettel. If you do, you better haggle with them, they suk! More

I did not feel the salemen was listening. It took awhile to get a vehicle that actually fit what I was looking for. They kept trying to upgrade me. Then we specifically asked not to get ne It took awhile to get a vehicle that actually fit what I was looking for. They kept trying to upgrade me. Then we specifically asked not to get new tags and I did not notice the new tag registration fee was added to the paperwork so there was an extra $300. Then I sent a letter to cancel the insurance and they called but never forwarded the paperwork and now are not responding to emails. Horrible after purchase service. More
