We waited over two hours before our oil change was started. By the time it was completed, we were there almost 3hrs. We had an appointment. One of the employees said an appt wasn’t really an appt. It started. By the time it was completed, we were there almost 3hrs. We had an appointment. One of the employees said an appt wasn’t really an appt. It just gave Gettel an estimate of the number of car’s coming in. My husband had a stroke recently and it was difficult for him to wait that long. We had no idea. The service advisor was very kind but he couldn’t make things move any faster. We’ve been buying & servicing cars at Gettel for over 10yrs. This has never happened before & we question whether we should return. More
