From scheduling to service, it was fair, at best. It is near impossible to get thru on the phone, and the person who scheduled didn't know that they don't do car detailing. Update: I received a message shortly after I posted this review from Dealerrater. "Toyota of Bradenton has indicated that they have worked with you to resolve your issue. If you’re satisfied with the resolution, you may choose to update your review." I rechecked my emails, looked for any missed calls. No calls, texts or emails received. Nice try Gettel. More
