Thank you for your feedback. We understand your shock however we use Toyota parts and we guarantee the parts so if they should fail due to manufacture problems you are covered for the future. We always want our customers to have that extra protection when we service any vehicle. We apologize there was no written estimate. We will look into that.

Thank you for responding, it took you just over a month to do so I was beginning to wonder. You state Toyota parts so the timing belt if it breaks due to a manufactures defect you cover it, I’m not worried about manufactures defect I’m worried about installation defects. when vacuum hoses are not connected properly the truck really doesn’t run well and that’s been the problem ever since I’ve gotten back it’s just having to take it to a mechanic to find out why it’s running like crap for that mechanic to point out four vacuum hoses that were accessed /manipulated during the installation of the timing belt. Three of them were missing clamps. You charge so much for shop fees I would assume those little clamps would be covered as a shop fee, especially if your mechanic missed placed them and did not put them back on the vehicle. Ask me how I know, ran perfectly on drop off ran like absolute crap on pick up, but was told by your serv. Dept. staff it colder than normal this morning that’s why it’s running ruff. Jeeeze, really. I would give less stars now because of vacuum hose issue. I was gunna let it drop until your response
