I don't like to complain but last couple services and sales experience have been terrible. Tires were rotated to random positions instead of standard pattern, chassis cross member was covered in oil, d sales experience have been terrible. Tires were rotated to random positions instead of standard pattern, chassis cross member was covered in oil, dripping on road, coolant cap not tightened, etc. Sales department was very unethical, offering me half of what vehicle was worth for trade in. Then when I called them out on it they told me to go elsewhere, which I did and bought a truck at another dealer. More
