3 hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I even had an appointment. They also came out with a list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle, some of which I had done in t rotation. I even had an appointment. The features that were absolutely necessary to me we're not on the car. My fault for not walking away. In the old days we used to call that gutless. Dave was extremely friendly likable. Rental car and insurance not kept in the loop. I received numerous phone calls for payment on rental because they didn’t know if I still had the car or not because insurance wasn’t updated.
