Got my deal done on paper only to be handed a driver 1 key not the two keys needed for the vehicle that I and as presented to me. Dealer made double the money on my trade and would not honor paying for th key not the two keys needed for the vehicle that I and as presented to me. Dealer made double the money on my trade and would not honor paying for the needed driver 2 key fob and cut key. Even after multiple attempts to get this key included as I found out after I signed papers. Your manager did NOT do what he was supposed to do in this case and your dealership took advantage of me. Please respond since you want my honest review. Gettel did another wrong to me at Hyundai in Sarasota showing me papers on another vehicle we wanted to order hand written with an up charge I still have this paper and we left over that scam as well. Why are things this way now having to deceive people to make more money? More
