Sending calls to voicemail last week was very disappointing. I left 5 messages and none were returned for 3 days!! My van was supposed to be ready for pickup over weekend and I did not get any c disappointing. I left 5 messages and none were returned for 3 days!! My van was supposed to be ready for pickup over weekend and I did not get any calls. Had to pay a perso. To shuttle me to my house. I used to be very happy with your service but not anymore. You need to figure a way to have somebody rerun calls…not let them die in a voicemail xxxx.. Matt said he tried to co tact me on Friday and Saturday but I had no emails or messages on my phone. Very frustrating!! More
