Very disappointed in service dept. of my 2019 Camry! Simple oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours. The worst part, I saw my car in exit lot for over 20 mins while service ad of my 2019 Camry! Simple oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours. The worst part, I saw my car in exit lot for over 20 mins while service adviser stood by another car and had no idea what was going on around him. I have video to prove his lack of service. The whole process of going back and forth to the manager is very time consuming and annoying.
