Waited 4 hours to replace tire pressure sensor. Told I needed new tires, but the quote was very high. My keys and paperwork sat on the associates desk while he was outside dealing with some issue. Was told vehicle was completely ready for delivery. After getting home realized they didn't tint the windows. I called the salesperson and stated I needed to bring vehicle back to get the windows tinte After getting home realized they didn't tint the windows. I called the salesperson and stated I needed to bring vehicle back to get the windows tinted. Not acceptable! The finance guy Travis told he could save me a $1k on finance (I already had financing through my bank) so I said ok. Well anyways he was wrong and was a little pushy. I ended up going with the dealer financing so I could hurry up the process to get out of there. The dealership financing is 1.5% higher and ended up costing me more than the 1k he said he could save me! I do not recommend this dealership! Not even sure if they even completed the $699 "Auto Butler" application. More
