This is the 3rd vehicle we have gotten from Gettel Toyota of Bradenton. Our salesperson Nuri Reed has always been very helpful in finding the right vehicle we were looking for. I feel there is a lack of communication between the service and parts department. I brought my Rav 4 in for a bad noise in the driver's seat and they found a bad recliner mechanism and they had to orde service and parts department. The part was supposed to be in the next day and they scheduled me for the next day well the part didn't come in and I was never advised so I went in for the appointment and was told that I would have to come back next day. I went in on Friday and they didn't get it done so I had to go back in on Saturday to pick it up. So needless to say I was upset. More

Like everyone else they are short staffed in the service department. Like I told the service manager just be honest with customers. If it’s 1,5 to 2 hrs tell customers when they arrive.
