Upon entering the Bradenton Toyota Dealership I was amazed on how huge the establishment was. I was greeted by smiling faces and then introduced to my Salesman, “Romello,” whom has an awesome smile and amazed on how huge the establishment was. I was greeted by smiling faces and then introduced to my Salesman, “Romello,” whom has an awesome smile and a naturally infectious personality! I had gone to look at the Supra and loved the looks and after driving and how well it handled, I decided to bring it home. I was really amazed on how easy they made the purchasing process go. In and out in about two hours. Romello definitely went above and beyond what one would expect from a buyers point of view. Outstanding customer service and made my experience as stress free as he could. Kudos to this young Man! I have to say that after all of my vehicle purchases that Bradenton Toyota stands out above all the rest. Thanks again Romello, the Sales Manager, Ryan and the Finance Manager, Brittany. More

I had a 9:30 appointmenton Thursday for once a year checkup. I did not get out of there until 12:15. I was told 21 cars came in at 9 am & 19 cars came in at 9:30. So what is the sense in having an appo checkup. I did not get out of there until 12:15. I was told 21 cars came in at 9 am & 19 cars came in at 9:30. So what is the sense in having an appointment. Clearly you have a scheduling issue. The service reps were very nice though. Clearly management needs to address their appointment scheduling. More
