The Service Writers are polite and professional. The maintenance inspections are well documented. Got there for my 8:16 am appointment, but my car wasn't worked on until 3 hours later and was not made aware of how much it was going to cost until after car was finished. My salesperson, Joy Norman was an absolute JOY to work with, keeping me well informed every step of the way when waiting for my new car to arrive.
