The Dealership, Staff and Purchasing Experience were all great. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Use Mac in finance if you can, he is a top notch finance guy. We bought a used 2021 Sienna Van in late March. When we went to look at vans we really had not planned on buying that day. So its ended up being a quick process of which I appreciated (the two star When we went to look at vans we really had not planned on buying that day. So its ended up being a quick process of which I appreciated (the two stars) as I had an appointment I could not miss. After we left the dealership we realized we had only gotten one key fob. It was never mentioned to us that there was only one fob. We made several attempts to reach our salesman who had already left and was off the next day. A manager then got involved to contact the previous owners to see if they still had it. Meanwhile here I am several weeks later with only one key and no further communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. More
